As I am finishing my website, I think to myself, "What would it have been like to actually live in Ancient Babylon?" Who knows?.....our best guesses are derived from writing that we may not have even translated right. After all, we still have the Bible, but it talks about Babylon in a pretty negative way. There are still many things we do not know about Babylon. One of which is the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Oh by the way did I forget to mention that it is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? And I believe that it is the only one to not have been found or proven. Some people believe that the gardens never were in Babylon, instead they are thought to be located 300 miles north, in a city called Nineveh (this also has negative reviews in the Bible), built by the Assyrians. Well, there goes half my research....
